These Terms of Service apply to all customers of 3dsmart-team.com, operated in Bulgaria and subject to Bulgarian and EU law. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products

We sell physical 3D printing products including printed parts, hardware, and related accessories. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time.

All product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by Bulgarian law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled by us.

5. Shipping

We ship physical products to Bulgaria and EU member states. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on 3dsmart-team.com — including designs, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of 3dsmart-team.com and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
