Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used, assembled, or modified
• Custom or made-to-order 3D printed parts (unless defective)
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at your store email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
